We study the efficient preparation of polymers with complex architectures and applications of such polymeric materials in energy, environmental protection, agrochemistry, advanced manufacturing, etc. We are currently exploring the following directions. 1. Efficient preparation and isolation of polymer brushes and hybrid materials; 2. Micro/nanogel particles for energy storage and conversion, encapsulation and isolation, and other applications; 3. Data-driven design, preparation, and structure-property studies; 4. Novel polymeric materials from industrial and agricultural wastes. We recruit research scientists, postdocs, research assistants, and graduate and undergraduate students. Please send your cover letter and CV to yanjj@shanghaitech.edu.cn. |
