Research Interest

My research interest is focused on nano/2D thermoelectrics, micro/nano-scale heat transfer, thermoelectric transport, including:

1. Synthesis of nano/2D van der Waals thermoelectric materials

2. Thermal and electric transport, thermoelectric performance of nano/2D materials

3. Micro/nano thermoelectric modules and thermal management applications

Researcher, Postdoc, and Graduate student positions are available in the group. If you have experiences/passions on nano/2D materials synthesis, micro/nano fabrication, or thermoelectrics, or thermal management applications, please feel free to contact me by sending your CV to liuhl3@shanghaitech.edu.cn
