电子束分子工程课题组主要从事基于像差校正透射电子显微镜的电子束辐射化学研究,旨在利用电子束作为成像和分析工具的同时,发展电子束辐照为物质改性和制造的方法。主要研究模式包括:理论和模型建立、实验方法开发、仪器研发、产业化探索等。
