软凝聚态和生物物理实验课题组

活性物质由大量微观自驱动粒子组成,典型的代表为细胞骨架-马达蛋白和细菌菌落体系。与热运动驱动的体系不同,活性物质远离平衡态;与湍流等依赖外部输入能量的体系不同,活性物质能量来自于单个活性粒子内部的化学能转化。活性物质展现出崭新丰富的活性液晶、活性湍流和超均匀相,同时在力学上拥有“细菌超流”等特有的流变特性。实验室通过光学显微成像,研究不同活性体系中集体运动图案的形成机理。同时,通过原子力显微镜、光镊和流变仪等力学手段在神经轴突等各向异性的细胞中,研究细胞骨架-马达蛋白集体运动下流变特性的改变对细胞生理特性的影响。
