2012年毕业于日本北海道大学理学部,获理学博士学位,导师室町英治教授。2012年至2013年在日本国立材料研究所超导研究中心从事博士后研究,合作导师山浦一成教授。2013年至2014年在比利时鲁汶大学理学院物理与天文系

从事博士后研究,合作导师Victor Moshchalkov教授。2014年至2018年在南京大学电子科学与工程学院,任副教授、博士生导师。2018年12月加入上海科技大学物质科学与技术学院,任助理教授、研究员、博士生导师。

研究介绍 

Research Interest



课题组主要致力于高温超导机理、超导器件、以及新型量子材料/超导异质结构器件的研究,具体研究内容包括:
1) 高温超导材料和强关联材料介观器件的设计、制备和性能研究,探索诸多宏观材料中无法观测的新奇物理现象;
2) 研究新型量子材料和超导异质结构器件,将强关联材料、特殊电子序、反常量子效应导致的电子特性材料、狄拉克电子体系等量子序与超导结合,利用超导临近效应,研究超导与其耦合、竞争、衍生下的拓扑物态和电子结构;
3) 设计和开发各种微加工和测试设备的真空互联(包括电子束蒸发、脉冲激光沉积、磁控溅射、分子束外延生长、原子层沉积、离子刻蚀、低温电学性能测试系统等),实现微纳结构器件的原位制备和表征。


This group focuses on the investigation of the high-Tc superconductors, the superconducting devices, and hybrid devices of novel quantum materials and superconductors as the following:
1) Design and fabricate the mesoscale devices from the high-Tc superconductors and strong correlation materials, and explore novel physical properties which are rare in the bulk structure.
2) Study the superconducting devices with hybrid structure between the newly quantum materials and various superconductors. Combine quantum state ordering of the strong correlation materials, special electronic order, materials with anomalous electron behavior originated by abnormal quantum effect, and Dirac electronic state with superconductors, and explore the topological states and electronic states under coupling, competing, and derivation of superconductivity owing to the proximity effects of superconductors.
3) Design and develop the in-situ fabrication and characterization system for micro- and nano-device (including Electron-Beam Deposition, Pulsed Laser Deposition, Magnetron Sputtering Deposition, Molecular Beam Epitaxy, Atomic Layer Deposition, Ion-Beam Etching, Reactive Ion Etching, Low-Temperature Measurement System for Transport Properties).
