研究内容

在光学学科方向,主要研究光栅衍射理论,特别是简化模式方法,其优点是能够清晰揭示深刻蚀石英光栅内在的物理图像,是近年发展起来的亚波长石英光栅的有力设计工具。在光学工程学科方向,主要研究深刻蚀石英光栅的加工技术,包括全息、光刻、干法刻蚀等技术,以及精密光栅掩模装置的研制,挑战大尺寸纳米精度光栅加工技术。同时研究主动结构光投影的人脸或文物的三维成像技术。
