  研究介绍  
超导薄膜,器件和电路制备与应用。超导微纳超薄膜生长与物性表征,纳米微结构器件加工与单光子探测器应用。超导约瑟夫森器件物理与量子干涉器,低噪声电磁波检测器,量子比特器件,超导单磁通量子快速数字电路,以及基于超导量子效应的量子光学波导器件与量子信息处理等应用。
