主要从事半导体微腔量子器件与物理、半导体和碳纳米结构的超快动力学以及相干荧光纳米成像等方面的研究。曾长期在欧洲著名研究机构和大学如德国Max-Born研究所和英国牛津大学Clarendon实验室等工作。
