  教育背景  
  研究介绍  
1、磁光材料,制备高质量TGG/TAG磁旋光透明陶瓷,推进其在光纤激光器以及高功率大能量激光器上的实际应用;2、激光材料,制备YAG基和倍半氧化物(Y<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>和Lu<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>)基稀土离子(Tm<sup>3+</sup>, Ho<sup>3+</sup>, Er<sup>3+</sup>, Nd<sup>3+</sup> 和Yb<sup>3+</sup>)掺杂新型激光陶瓷;
3、铁电材料,着重探索研究制备新型无铅铁电透明陶瓷;
4、荧光材料,主要是针对GaN-LED芯片蓝光激发下的高功率宽光谱高效荧光转换,用于白光半导体照明和光谱
调控,重点是制备YAG基Ce离子掺杂透明荧光陶瓷以及新型透明氮化物材料,并利用复合结构进行光谱调控;
5、蓝光衬底,研究非极性宽禁带半导体薄膜及γ-LiAlO<sub>2</sub>非极性蓝光外延衬底晶体。
