研究介绍 

Research Interest



郭硕研究组致力于结合高精度力学测量和单细胞成像,研究活性软凝聚态物质,例如细菌流体中的流体力学和集体运动规律。

主要研究方向:

1.单个微游泳体如细菌和Janus Particle的推进和导向机制,空间限制和外场对其运动的影响; 

2. 单细胞尺度上生物材料的润湿,粘弹性和粘附等材料力学特性;

3. 活性物质的集体运动规律,集体运动对于生命功能的影响和对新材料设计的启发,如生物被膜(biofilm)的形成和去除。实验手段包括原子力显微镜,光镊,共聚焦显微镜和微流变仪等。
