研究介绍

1. 材料导向:利用低剂量像差校正电子显微方法研究电子束辐照敏感材料的微观结构,从原子尺度上揭示其物理、化学性能背后的机理。研究材料体系包括卤化物钙钛矿光电材料和全固态锂电池材料。

2. 方法导向:从实验方法及理论上发展低剂量原子尺度电子显微成像和谱学分析方法。
